In order to justify this measure, the education assistant in Lyon, Stéphanie Léger, suggested on Friday that this single menu was linked to the strengthening of the health protocol in schools from Monday.
"In all school restaurants, this requires increasing the distance to 2 m between children", she detailed, indicating that this unique menu, "composed of a single starter, a single hot dish, a only dessert ”, allows“ to organize the catering services in a more fluid and simpler way ”.
