(ANSA) - PERUGIA, 21 FEB - Umbria reduces the stock of the AstraZeneca vaccine from 50 to 30 percent to start vaccinating all school staff and law enforcement agencies (including firefighters and municipal police) "as soon as possible". This was decided by the Regional Operational Committee.
The Region explains that it is a choice also dictated by the times "long enough" (75 days) for the administration of the second dose, and therefore "such as to be able to guarantee the replenishment of the stocks themselves, without compromising the second vaccine". (HANDLE).
