How to bake healthy waffles without sugar and flour

  • In a blender, grind the oatmeal to a fine powder.

  • Add the banana in pieces and the milk or the plant-based drink.

  • Puree all ingredients together well.

  • Preheat the waffle iron and grease it with coconut fat or oil if necessary.

  • Pour in some batter and bake waffles one at a time over medium heat for about 4.5 minutes each.

  • The waffles should be baked through on the inside and golden brown on the outside.
