100 g oatmeal
1 banana
200 ml milk or plant-based drink
1 pinch of cinnamon or vanilla extract (optional)

How to bake healthy waffles without sugar and flour
In a blender, grind the oatmeal to a fine powder.
Add the banana in pieces and the milk or the plant-based drink.
Puree all ingredients together well.
Preheat the waffle iron and grease it with coconut fat or oil if necessary.
Pour in some batter and bake waffles one at a time over medium heat for about 4.5 minutes each.
The waffles should be baked through on the inside and golden brown on the outside.
