(ANSA) - ROME, FEB 23 - Since the state of emergency was declared on January 31, 2020, 522 measures have been adopted, only at the national level for an average of over 37 acts per month. This was announced by Openpolis, underlining that the first months of 2020 were the most intense from the point of view of the legislative production: in February 67 Covid acts were published, in March 103, in April 65. In 2021 the documents published are already 56. The status of emergency was extended, with an order signed on 13 January, until next 30 April. Most of the measures published were issued by the Ministry of Health, then by the Civil Protection and by the Ministry of the Interior. On the other hand, 7 have been adopted under the new presidency of Mario Draghi: 5 from the Ministry of Health, one from the government and one from Civil Protection. (HANDLE).
