Federico Pellegrino won the cross-country ski world cup in the sprint specialty, five years after his first triumph.

The Aosta Valley policeman, currently first in the world rankings, benefits from the early conclusion of the competition.


 The last two weekends of competitions, scheduled in Norway and in the Czech Republic have in fact been canceled by the international ski federation due to covid, and in practice the cdm season will end with the races scheduled in Engadine on 13 and 14 March, while the day after tomorrow in Oberstdorf, Germany, the World Championships will begin.
