The Heidelberg Regional Court sentenced a 38-year-old man to three years and four months in prison for sexual abuse of a child.
Since the trial took place in camera, details are only given in the indictment.
Accordingly, after a contact via a WhatsApp group with sadomasochistic content, the man agreed to meet a then 13-year-old in 2019.
He knew the age of the girl from Leipzig.
There the man from Leimen (Rhein-Neckar-Kreis) met the child he is said to have initially tied up.
Then he is said to have carried out sexual acts on him against his will.
After the girl refused to have sex, the prosecution allegedly released her from the handcuffs and let her go home.
The youth protection chamber saw it as proven that he had posted child pornographic content in this WhatsApp group in two cases (Az. 3 KLs 330 Js 6321/20 jug.).
The defense pleaded for a sentence of just over three years.
The prosecution suggested three years and nine months.
