(ANSA) - ROME, FEBRUARY 25 - Ukraine has recorded an increase of almost 40% of new cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours at 8,147, the highest daily level since mid-January.
This was announced by the Ministry of Health, according to the Guardian.
Most of the new infections have been reported in the west of the country and in the capital Kiev.
Since the start of the pandemic, Ukraine has counted a total of 1,325,841 infections and 25,596 deaths.
