A new precautionary detention order in prison for sexual violence and drug transfer has been notified to the web entrepreneur Alberto Genovese, already in San Vittore since November 6 for having stunned an 18-year-old with drugs and raped an 18-year-old.

In the order, signed by the investigating judge Tommaso Perna on the investigations of the mobile squad, the adjunct Letizia Mannella and the prosecutor Rosaria Stagnaro, an alleged July violence in Ibiza is contested in Genovese.

The request for arrest for attempted abuse of the same young woman and for 6 episodes of two girls who have renounced anonymity in the media rejected.

As stated in the Genovese order, with the "participation" of his girlfriend Sarah Borruso, under investigation (not the recipient of a precautionary measure), "with violence and abusing the conditions of physical and mental inferiority" he would have forced the 23-year-old "to undergo sexual acts "on 10 July 2020. The young woman reported the abuses even before Genovese's arrest in the case of the 18-year-old.

In "a party inside the Villa Lolita residence" in Ibiza, "rented for a holiday period by Genovese", he and his girlfriend would have offered the young woman several times "drugs", cocaine and ketamine, up to a "state of alteration of the level of consciousness ".

Then, after taking her "into their bedroom and after offering her other drugs while she was in a semi-unconscious state" they would force her to "undergo multiple sexual acts", continuing to give her drugs, " until the girl was escorted out of the room supported by the two suspects ", as" unable to stand up and bleeding ".

Instead, the arrest was rejected for an alleged attempted abuse of the same girl in June 2020, in Milan.

In this case, for the investigating judge, there was no attempt at violence, but a rejected sexual approach.

No to arrest for alleged sexual assault on another young woman on 4th July in Ibiza.

The indictment hypotheses for another 5 alleged episodes of abuse of another girl, between March 2019 and October 2020 in Milan, were not accepted by the investigating judge.

On these cases (for some the girlfriend is also investigated) there would have been contradictory statements by the alleged victim, denied by the images of the CCTV cameras in Genovese's apartment.

The young woman would not have been unconscious and had had a relationship of about a year and a half with the entrepreneur.

The last two girls filed a complaint against the former start-up entrepreneur and told their stories in the media.

For these episodes, according to the investigating judge, further investigations are needed.
