Two dogs belonging to Lady Gaga were stolen Wednesday evening in Hollywood and the employee to whom the star had entrusted their care was shot and wounded during the assault, several American media reported Thursday.
According to the TMZ site, specializing in celebrities and the first to disseminate this information, Lady Gaga is offering a reward of $ 500,000 for the return of her two French bulldogs, christened Koji and Gustav.

Contacted to confirm the information, the singer's agents had not reacted Wednesday morning.
Los Angeles police said they intervened in Hollywood on Wednesday night after an individual armed with a semi-automatic pistol opened fire on a man in his thirties.
The suspect fled in a white car, taking with him two of the three French bulldogs that the victim was walking.
Police have not released the identity of the victim, who was conscious after the assault and was taken to hospital, and have not confirmed that the two dogs belonged to Lady Gaga.
According to TMZ, however, it is the Homicide and Burglary Division of the LAPD which is overseeing the investigation.
A unit that also manages affairs relating to Hollywood personalities.
Lady Gaga in Rome for a shoot
According to TMZ and other local media outlets, the pop diva had given custody of her animals to the victim while she was in Rome for the set of a Ridley Scott film.
A third bulldog, Asia, was recovered by the police at the scene of the assault and the TMZ site has also shared the photos of this canine rescue.
Asia who also has her own Instagram account.

Lady Gaga is particularly attached to her dogs, who frequently accompany her to public events and of which she posts photos on social networks.
