In the case of explosive mail to food companies, the police released a video from a surveillance camera.

It is supposed to show the alleged perpetrator handing over the explosives packages in a post office in Ulm.

The investigators ask possible witnesses for clues.

The series began on Tuesday of last week in the goods receiving department of the beverage manufacturer ADM Wild in Eppelheim in the Rhein-Neckar district.

A man there was injured by a deflagration while accepting a package.

On Wednesday, opening a letter in the Lidl headquarters in Neckarsulm caused an explosion with three injured.

A third suspicious package, which was addressed to the baby food manufacturer Hipp, was intercepted and defused in a package distribution center at Munich Airport on Thursday night.

Last Friday, special forces arrested a 66-year-old man from Ulm.

Initially, the suspect had not commented on the allegations, it said.

Although all the senders indicated were fictitious, the suspect could be determined via the type of packaging material, a spokesman said later.

The now published clip shows the suspect with a white scarf and dark hat in a post office handing over the parcels.

The man in the clip is wearing black gloves.

He stowed his shipments in two white canvas bags before putting them on the sales counter.
