(ANSA) - PERUGIA, 26 FEB - No more red areas in Umbria, confirmed in the orange band for the Covid risk.
This is foreseen by the new ordinance of the Region in force since Monday 1 March.
However, some measures are foreseen both of a regional and specific nature for the province of Perugia (so far subject to more restrictive rules).
The ordinance will be valid until March 5 in consideration of the expiry of the Prime Ministerial Decree of January 14 and the entry into force of the new one to which the ordinance must be aligned.
The Region explained that the ordinance may be subject to extensions or modifications due to the new quadrolegislative as well as any change in epidemiological conditions.
"It is an ordinance that will last until next Friday - underlined the president of the Umbria Region, Donatella Tese - in anticipation of the new Dpcm. Continuing in the right behavior, I hope that already from the following week we can have the conditions to continue to decrease the restrictive measures, especially as regards the school ".
