An extension is coming for the payments relating to the installments for the Ter scrapping and for the so-called "balance and excerpt" regularization. This was stated by the Ministry of Economy and Finance in a note, not specifying the new date, which will be set in the next few days, by which payment must be made. "The provision that will postpone the deadline of 1 March 2021 for the payment of the installments of the" scrapping-ter "(articles 3 and 5 of Legislative Decree no. 119/2018) and of the" is in the process of being drafted - says the ministry - balance and excerpt "(art. 1 paragraphs 190 and 193 of Law 145/2018). The deadline concerns the 2020 installments still not paid to which the first 2021 installment of the scrapping-ter is added". The provision - it is explained - will come into force after 1 March 2021 and "payments, even if not made by that date, will be considered timely provided they are made within the limits of the deferral that will be arranged".
