No concerts and festival appearances in the foreseeable future: The American singer and musician Taylor Swift announced on her website and on Twitter that all planned performances of the »Lover Fest« tour will be canceled.
The concerts, including six in Europe, were originally supposed to take place last year - including in Berlin and at the Roskilde Festival in Denmark.
Because of the pandemic, catch-up dates were initially promised for 2021.
However, she now has to announce something "that I'm very sad about," wrote the 31-year-old musician: "I'm so sorry, but I cannot reschedule the shows that we have postponed." with their fans, who, despite the postponements initially planned, had not yet exchanged the tickets.
No one knows what the concert landscape will look like in the near future, wrote Swift.
The reason is the "unprecedented pandemic that has changed everyone's plans."
She was very disappointed - and on the other hand, could hardly wait "to be able to safely be together again when performing".
