This is the ex-husband and an acquaintance of his
, considered respectively principal and material executor of the crime and reached by a precautionary custody order in prison issued by the Gip of the Ravenna court at the request of the prosecutors Daniele Barberini and Angela Scorza on the basis of the investigations by the Ravenna mobile squad and the SCO.
The motive is attributable, for the investigators to the "deep resentment" that the ex-husband felt towards the woman "because of her economic claims" resulting from the separation of 2018 and still pending. The investigation by the Prosecutor's Office and the police, which led to a precautionary custody order in prison, made it possible to acquire "serious circumstantial elements" against the man and an acquaintance, born in Ravenna and living in Emilia. The two are under investigation in competition.
