Covid: Government Chamber Commissions, discontinuity on Dpcm

(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 04 - Stop the use of Dpcm to identify the various bans in the different areas of diffusion of the Covid, bans that should be indicated through a decree law; and also stop the practice of "Minotaur decrees", that is to say that of inserting the previous ones in a subsequent decree during the parliamentary examination. The Constitutional Affairs Commissions and the Committee for the Legislation of Cameroon asked for this with a unanimous vote in the opinion of the Covid 2 decree of 2021, issued on January 14 by the Conte government. In the examination in the Commission and Committee, the Draghi government was asked "discontinuity" with respect to these two practices. (HANDLE).
