(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 05 - From March 25, the Seychelles will open their borders to tourists from all over the world, even if they have not had the anti-Covid vaccine, except from South Africa, until further notice.
This is a significant change from January, when the Seychellois authorities announced they were ready to welcome vaccinated travelers.
Visitors will now be required to submit only a negative Covid test taken 72 hours prior to departure, Foreign Minister and Tourism Minister Sylvestre Radegonde said, quoted by BBC News online.
Tourists will still be required to comply with other public health measures, including wearing masks and maintaining social distancing. (HANDLE).
