Pm, injustice against a good man

The prosecutor Maria Sabina Calabretta said this during her indictment in the trial for the murder of deputy brigadier Mario Cerciello Rega.

"We must separate the proven facts from those that are not, the truth from the doubts. My task is to prove that Cerciello died only at the hands of two murderers, he must not happen to kill him again. his dear ones forever, they must talk about all the things we have rebuilt ", added the pm.

Pm, disproportionate and deadly aggression

 - "An aggression, a disproportionate and deadly attack: a single action to kill, the purpose was to kill".

Thus the prosecutor Maria Sabina Calabretta describes the dramatic phases that preceded the death of Mario Cerciello Rega, killed with 11 blows by Finnegan Lee Elder on July 26, 2019 in Rome.

For the magistrate Cerciello "he could have little even if armed and he was not. Elder's will was murder."
