Yoga Instructor Introduces - So Anyone Can Touch Their Feet (TikTok / jennaelsieyoga)

Who would have believed that all these years we could while standing stand touch our toes without any effort ?!

So true, most of the time we don't really have anything to look for there, but the trick of yoga instructor Jenna Elsie can definitely help us all in training and stretching.

The instructor turned to Tiktok to prove that those who had failed in the task to date simply did it wrong.

She demonstrated how you too can touch your toes without any effort and the network has recorded quite a lot of enthusiasm for her discovery - although some have claimed she is cheating.

In the video, Jenna said, "Did you know that everyone can touch their toes?".

She then demonstrated how most people try to do this and showed that she is unable to reach her fingers even though she is a particularly flexible yoga instructor.

"You're doing it wrong," she claimed, before presenting the "beginner's version" to anyone who could not touch his toes.

"Bend your knees, loosen your upper body, loosen your neck and straighten your legs and then - grab your toes if you want to," she explained.

Half a million people have already watched her video and more than 36,000 Pargano Blake.

"It's 2:00 at night and I'm going to try it," one wrote in response and another added: "This is the first thing in Tiktok I tried myself and it really works. Wow."

But there were others who were unconvinced by her technique and claimed that she leaves her legs slightly bent and therefore manages to touch her toes.

Jenna listened to the allegations and shared another video in which she proved that she is able to touch her toes in the same way while keeping her legs straight.

She also noted that the feet do not have to be completely straight when touching the toes and said: "They do not have to be as straight as a spirit level. This is a common misconception."

Jenna also suggested people do this gently so as not to injure themselves, adding: "If you feel your body does not like this position, always try to go back slowly and gently."

Here she does it with straight legs:
