The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced the opening of the door to object to the results of the decisions of the first semester of the preparatory year for the 2020-2021 academic year, starting from the ninth of this March until the 17th of it.
In a statement issued today by the Ministry, SANA called on students to submit applications to the Preparatory Year Student Affairs Department at their universities.
The number of enrollments in the preparatory year in the medical colleges of Syrian universities is about ten thousand students.
The preparatory year for faculties of (medicine, pharmacy and dentistry) has been adopted since the 2015-2016 academic year as a second criterion for university admission to be added to the high school diploma rate.
