A bag designer claims that Natalie Dadon took bags from her for free and did not publish them.
The free method in exchange for advertising on Instagram is well known and accepted, and in most cases also pays off for everyone involved.
Both to the giver and to the receiver.
But what happens when the recipient does not keep his promise?
The bag designer Shai Aharoni, owner of the "one piece bags" exhibition, contacted Natalie Dadon in February 2020 and offered her a collaboration: she would send her handmade leather bags, in exchange for advertising on the star's Instagram.
Dadon accepted the offer, and after a conversation with the designer, it was decided on four bags worth NIS 2,000, which were sent to her within a short time.
So far everything has gone well.
The designer waited for the publication, which refused to come.
She contacted the model who promised to advertise her soon, but even then the move was not complete.
After several months of waiting, the two decided that the bags would be returned to the designer.
They arranged to meet at her home in Herzliya, but Dadon was not there at all.
Dadon later promised to send the bags back via courier and guess what, this did not happen either.
Finally, the treatment went to Dadon's assistant, and to this day the cases have not been returned to their owners and have not been published.
Dadon responded:
"Unfortunately, I was not able to raise exit bags during the Corona period.
I informed her that I did not want to rob her of her work and that she was welcome to collect the bags from my house, but this did not happen.
Her attempt to be famous on Women's Day, a day we are supposed to empower each other, is disappointing.
"In the last year my page has been open for support and encouragement for a lot of businesses for free. My media has been open for a lot of giving. Precisely this one that I failed and was hurt, I apologize to her for the hurt, but it hurts me that trying to do good, in the end. "My back. I do not lack bags in the closet and the purpose was just to help her. Unfortunately I did not have time to do, and if she was waiting I would do for her. I am a little shocked and did not think it was an item I would have to comment on."
Aharoni responded:
"I feel exploited and disappointed.
She will not make me lose faith in people, but her conduct should be heard in public.
I turn to the media to reach more businesses that have been harmed by it along the way, and were afraid to publish it and confront it. '
