80 staff members, including doctors, nurses and administrative and farm workers from Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital, who refused to be vaccinated against Corona, have been taken on unpaid leave in recent days.
Hadassah Ein Kerem Medical Center said: "These are employees who refrained from getting vaccinated and did not receive the approval of the Exceptions Committee set up at the hospital, and no alternative job was found for them.
"The immunization rate at Hadassah averages 93%, the highest number among hospitals in the country. 95% in the medical sector, 93% in the nursing sector."
They added: "A nurse on the hospital staff, who refused to be vaccinated, was diagnosed with corona and her patients, who are children, were placed in isolation."
To date, 4,980,476 citizens have been vaccinated in the first dose, which is 53.56 percent of the total public in Israel.
The number of recipients of the second vaccine dose is 3,816,233 people, which is 41.04 percent of all Israelis.
