The event occurred during the first hours of this Monday in front of the institution located at 3600 Catamarca street, in the central area of the center of the spa city.
The motorist hit a group of young people who were dancing in the street with flags and was delayed by the Police.
The controversial "last first day"
The celebrations for the UPD are multiplied by all the schools in the country, even in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic, with students who come together to dance, drink alcohol and dance.
