The changes in the body after pregnancy are an issue for many women.
The US actress and mother of three Jennifer Garner apparently used fitness programs at times to get back in shape after giving birth.
Now, however, she is more relaxed about the changes in her body.
She did try training after her pregnancies, but only with moderate success: "I can work really hard and be fit - but I will always look like a woman who has had three children."
There are "an unbelievable number of women whose bodies simply jump back after pregnancy to a narrow hips and small stomach, no matter how many children they have," said the 48-year-old according to the US magazine "People" in the podcast "Happy Mum, Happy Infant".
You yourself are not one of them, however.
According to "People" in 2014, Garner spoke about her changed body on the "EllenDeGeneres Show".
At that time, there was speculation about Garner's pregnancy again - apparently because she had become a bit fuller in the abdominal area after the birth of her last child.
On the podcast, Garner said that rumors of another pregnancy have haunted her to this day.
The actress again refuted the speculations: "I'm 48 and single".
Her nine, twelve and 15 year old children Samuel, Seraphine Rose Elizabeth and Violet Anne, she had with her ex-husband Ben Affleck.
“It's just a body.
Be grateful for him.
He brought you so far, carried out children for you.
What else do you want? ”Garner finally appealed in the podcast - probably also in the hope of not having to answer any more questions about her stomach in the future.
