(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, MAR 11 - Derek Chauvin, the former policeman accused of killing the African American George Floyd by pressing his knee on his neck, will have to answer not only for involuntary second degree murder and manslaughter mapure of third degree murder degree: an accusation which requires demonstrating reckless indifference to human life and which could facilitate conviction.
