The actor appealed his sentence while the state appealed his acquittal in some of the charges • Finally the state appeal is the one that was accepted and the expectation is that Ivgi's sentence will be aggravated

Will Moshe Ivgi's sentence be increased?
As stated, the Haifa District Court accepted the prosecution's appeal and convicted the actor Moshe Ivgi on all counts of the original indictment filed against him.
In addition, the court rejected Ivgi's appeal through his attorneys for the offenses for which he was convicted.
Ivgi, who appeared in the courtroom, refused to comment on the ruling in his case.
As I recall, Ivgi was charged with five counts of indecent acts and sexual harassment against four women.
Avgi's trial was held in the Magistrate's Court in Haifa behind closed doors.
At the beginning of last year, Ivy won because of the doubt in three of the cases, but was convicted of two counts of indecent act against one of the complainants.
The prosecution demanded an actual prison sentence of 15 months, but the Magistrate's Court ruled that Ivgi would want six months in prison, which would be converted into service work.
More than half a second ago, Avgi, through his attorney Adv. Michael Carmel, filed an appeal against his conviction, but the prosecution appealed the sentence, and the hearing of the appeal requests was heard in the district court.
According to the prosecution, the Magistrate's Court mitigated Ivgi's sentence and did not give due weight to the credibility of the complainants' version, addressing each charge separately and without referring to the recurring patterns in Ivgi's acts and for which he was convicted of some of the offenses.
