Do you like pasta?
So you should read this item, or in fact you might want to avoid being exposed to the recipe shown here.
A girl named Jasmine uploaded a video to Tiktok as part of a challenge in which surfers were asked to share a trick they saw one day that has become an integral part of their lives.
In her video she "revealed" her own twist on how to make spaghetti bolognese (although technically it's actually spaghetti with tomato sauce and meatballs).
She claimed it was an excellent recipe, but her followers were less impressed and she found herself under attack.
In the video, which garnered over 2 million views, Jasmine explained how she added her own twist to the spaghetti bolognese recipe of the famous Italian restaurant chain Frankie & Benny's.

What did she do that angered her?
Well, she started her cooking with the pouring of tomato sauce prepared into the pot, before adding water from a kettle and only then inserting the pasta.
After the pasta has been cooked in the sauce, she added boiled meatballs and lo and behold - the dish is ready to eat.
Her post garnered over 138,000 likes and she received over 2,000 comments, with her followers having a hard time deciding whether it was genius or stupidity.
One of the followers wrote to her nervously: "If you can't make pasta properly, don't make it!".
Another wrote: "As an Italian watching this, I lost the words."
But there were also those who praised her and claimed that it was a good solution for the lazy.
That's how she does it

Luciana Sampogana, who runs the Cucina Italiana School of Cooking in Sydney, explained why this is not the best way to cook pasta (to say the least) because water is needed to release the starch.
"The pasta should be light - grab the salt and release the starch," she said. "The way it is cooked in the tomato sauce is just not right and it is unthinkable."
These are some of the responses she received

Jasmine for her part later claimed (perhaps after reading the angry reactions) that the recipe was a joke at all and that this was the only time she had made it.
On the other hand - following his viral success she posted another similar recipe - after people asked her about the meatballs she used.
