(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 13 - A disturbance from Northern Europe will bring bad weather to Italy as early as the next few hours, with a marked intensification of the winds from the quadrants and a lowering of temperatures.
This is indicated by a weather alert from the Civil Protection.
The notice foresees from late afternoon today strong winds from strong storms, with gusts of strong storms, on the Aosta Valley, in extension to Piedmont, Lombardy, Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany, Marche and Umbria, particularly affecting the coastal sectors and Apennine reliefs;
from tomorrow morning the winds will affect Lazio, Abruzzo and Campania, especially on the coastal and mountainous sectors;
Furthermore, from early afternoon tomorrow, strong to stormy winds are also expected on Molise, Puglia, Basilicata and Calabria, in extension to Sicily.
Evaluated for tomorrow's yellow alert for thunderstorm risks over most of Umbria, for hydrogeological risk in western Abruzzo and for hydraulic risk in Basso Fortore in Puglia.
