(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 13 - No Imu and Tari on urban regeneration real estate.
This is what is foreseen in the unified text of the bill on Urban Regeneration filed with the Environment Committee of the Senate.
The text provides for a series of incentives during the period of the redevelopment works and, "in order to promote the reuse of existing real estate assets" and its "greater efficiency, safety and sustainability", also establishes that Municipalities can raise loyal Imu rates on "real estate units "or" unused or unfinished buildings for over five years ".
The Regions can do the same with the additional personal income tax up to a maximum of 0.2%.
"To the transfers of real estate to subjects who carry out urban regeneration interventions of public initiative or private initiative, - it continues - the registry, mortgage and cadastral taxes are applied in the fixed measure of € 200 each".
