A 14-year-old teenager who was driving a Fiat 147 Spazio in the town of González Catán lost control of the vehicle, ran over and killed a man who was riding a bicycle with his son, who suffered several injuries and was saved.

The incident occurred on Saturday on Tomás Valle Street, almost at its intersection with Jorge Newbery.

This Monday, a strong crossover between the victim's brother and the boy's mother was unleashed before the television cameras.

Still in shock, the former reproached him for how he allowed the minor to use a car without registration, while the woman tried to defend herself and said it was

"the first time"

that she had taken it out.

"

Your son went out to kill, do not defend him anymore.

If your son does not pay, the father has to pay. The father has to pay for not teaching him. Not with money, with justice," began Lisandro Aranda Teves' brother.

"Do you have papers, sure? I'm going to ask for everything. Because I found out that the car was decommissioned, I was ready to run races," he continued, out of outrage.

"This

is the first time he's taken it out,

" the woman managed to say about the minor.

And he explained how the sequence was on Saturday: "He grabbed, took the car out without permission, took a turn, came back and said he was going to take one more lap and that's what happened."

Her explanation, in the form of justification, altered the spirits of the man, who raised the tone of the conversation and treated her as a liar.

"Without registration, he goes around, I kill three; I go around one more and I kill five more," he quipped.

Lisandro Teves was 47 years old and was riding a bicycle with his 5-year-old son when he was run over by the teenager.

The teenager's mother, who is in a juvenile center, said that her family also wants

"justice and peace"

, which aroused the reaction of the victim's brother.

"Peace? I have a nephew who almost died, my brother who is not here. He

is the second brother I have lost.

A brother was killed in San Martín and justice was not served. Justice is useless today, no nothing matters to him. His son is minor, he has consolation. Who is going to feed the family? Do I have to come from San Martín to see my nephew? With what need? Because his son asked him for one. And his dad, before slapping him and sending him to register. Did he want to drive? Wait at 17, "he downloaded.

"

He was in shock, he didn't find out what happened,

" the mother explained again.

"What a shock? If it was the calmest thing ...", replied the man.

The car the teenager was driving ended.

On Saturday, for reasons that are unknown and is still under investigation, the young driver rammed Lisandro, who was riding a bicycle with her five-year-old son.

The teenager lost control of the car and ran them both over.

Then he ended up with the car embedded in the sidewalk, between the wall and a cement lamp post.

The victims were thrown on the floor.

When the ambulance arrived, the man had already died while the baby was taken to the Simply Evita hospital, where he was treated for the injuries received from the impact.

According to judicial sources, the case was classified as manslaughter and injuries in the same vein, although being a minor under 14 is not punishable.

However, he was housed in a juvenile center.
