Covid-19: 333 new deaths in French hospitals and 6,471 contaminations in 24 hours

While Emmanuel Macron announced on Monday afternoon the suspension for at least 24 hours of vaccination with the product AstraZeneca, the pandemic continued to progress and claim victims in the country.

Another point of concern, the incidence rate in Île-de-France with a “symbolic” bar exceeded on Monday.

In the capital region, this rate is now over 400 cases (404) per 100,000 inhabitants.

Sunday evening, Jean Castex in his interview on the social network Twitch, justified the containment measures in the Alpes-Maritimes and Pas-de-Calais because "in these departments the incidence rate was 400 per 100,000 inhabitants".
