The provision of tickets for the Rugby World Cup 2023 takes place in 3 phases:
From March 15 at 12 noon until March 17, tickets are reserved exclusively for holders of a Mastercard and Family member 2023 card;
From March 18 at 12 noon until April 5, it is open to all 2023 Family members;
From April 6 at 6 p.m., the general public ticket office opens.
