This 46th evening of the Caesars never ceases to react.
During a ceremony unlike any other, on Friday, the actress Corinne Masiero, alias Captain Marleau on the small screen, appeared naked, covered in fake blood.
A performance during which she wanted to challenge the Minister of Culture Roselyne Bachelot.
On its stomach, one could read "No culture, no future" and "Rends-nous l'art, Jean" on the back.
But this coup that divides was not to the taste of a dozen right-wing parliamentarians.
This Tuesday, these elected officials of the movement Oser la France, have, through Julien Aubert, deputy for Vaucluse, announced that they had sent a letter to the public prosecutor to report "a sexual exhibition imposed on view of" others in a place accessible to the public's eyes ”.
In this letter that they made public, they recall that this offense is punishable "by one year in prison and a fine of € 15,000".
They write, however, that “freedom of expression […] if it allows a certain freedom of expression […] cannot justify everything, nor can it constitute a blank check for all actions”.
The canvas in turmoil
In an interview with Le Parisien, the actress admitted that "it was not necessarily funny but I'm happy to have done it […] Yes, it's difficult to act but I received a tsunami of support lots of people from the entertainment industry, the cinema and even spectators, including from abroad.
It does a lot of good ”.
On social networks, thousands of French people reacted, in support of the actress or to express their hostility to this service.
This Tuesday morning, Roselyne Bachelot, Minister of Culture, castigated the last Césars ceremony, marked by several declarations and gestures from the participants to shout the despair of the world of culture.
At the microphone of RTL, she had judged that this ceremony of the Césars "was not useful to the French cinema".

Corinne Masiero's sparkle divides
Later in the day, Corinne Masiero did not fail to answer.
"What is a shame is that she (Roselyne Bachelot, Editor's note) could have come and told me, because she was in the room at the beginning, it seems, and she left", pointed out Corinne Masiero, adding: “So if she has things to say, she says them to her face, already.

In the evening, it was the turn of the Prime Minister, Jean Castex, to be invited to speak on this evening.
"It seems to me that there were perhaps better ceremonies," he said during an interview on BFMTV which dealt with the coronavirus epidemic.
