Similar incidents in the US
It had recently faced comparable incidents more frequently in the USA.
For example, last November in California, the pilot of a small plane was killed in a crash in a residential area.
The plane narrowly missed the runway at the small Whiteman Airport in Pacoima, north of Los Angeles.
According to a spokesman for the FAA flight control authority, the machine was on approach for landing.
A man from the US state of Minnesota was lucky in the misfortune: In December, the pilot landed his single-engine plane on the highway near the city of Minneapolis at night.
A video showed the spectacular emergency landing.
The plane rammed a car from behind.
But nobody was injured.
