"False emails, it's something very common, but of course we encourage you to be even more vigilant than usual and not to answer", advises Cerballiance, on his toll-free number, to this other Eurois who received false messages, and who wished to remain anonymous.

Their page has about 1,800 people.

Its moderators advise their members in particular to change their password on the laboratory's customer area, as well as that of their Amélie account and their mutual insurance company.

Elisabeth Lebas has just filed her complaint against x at the Louviers police station.

“Because knowing my coordinates in nature is scary.

In the wake of the letter sent to Cerballiance customers and the creation of the Facebook group, the Eurois gendarmerie and police services had to reorganize their procedures to respond to the incredible influx of requests.

Future complainants must now make a pre-complaint online and wait to be contacted for an appointment.

The Bernay gendarmerie brigade, it seems the most affected with nearly 1000 complaints already filed, explains having even had to "call in reservists" to manage to receive the entire public.
