Berlin's »Tagesspiegel« expands editor

In future, the editor-in-chief of the »Tagesspiegel« will consist of three men and two women. All of the newly appointed managers have been with the company for a long time.

The Berlin newspaper »Tagesspiegel« announces new management personnel.

Anke Myrrhe and Stephan Haselberger will be promoted to the editor-in-chief as deputies, in addition to the previous deputy editor-in-chief Anna Sauerbrey.

Christian Tretbar was recently appointed editor-in-chief.

He is joining Lorenz Maroldt and the outgoing Mathias Müller von Blumencron, who is to stay until the third quarter of the year.

All those newly appointed to the editor-in-chief have been with the »Tagesspiegel« for many years.

Christian Tretbar, 42, was, among other things, online editor-in-chief, Anke Myrrhe, 39, headed the Berlin-Brandenburg department and Stephan Haselberger, 53, headed the capital city office.
