In particular, it will be possible to leave home to go shopping for basic necessities (food, pharmacy, etc.), for a medical emergency, to go to work if telework is impossible, to attend a court summons or to go out. take the air or play sports within a radius of 10 km around your home but without time limit.
This is also the main novelty compared to previous containment certificates.
In the three territories already concerned at the weekend, this was only possible "within the limit of one hour per day and within a maximum radius of five kilometers around the home".
If the rules are not respected, the fine incurred is 135 euros.
