(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 20 - The dispatch of AstraZeneca doses to Italy has been postponed for this week.
According to what is learned from qualified sources, the arrival of 134 thousand doses of the vaccine scheduled last Thursday was canceled for logistical reasons due to the precautionary suspension of the serum administration that had been ordered in recent days.
With the restart of the administration of the Oxford vaccine - it is specified by the Commissarial structure of Francesco Figliuolo - the load will be recovered next March 24 and will be added to the other 145 thousand doses still scheduled for that day: a total of 279 thousand doses will be delivered.
