A 23-year-old girl denounced that she was the victim of a
group rape
at a party held in Burruyacu, in the province of Tucumán.
For the case, three men are detained with preventive detention.
Relatives, neighbors and friends of the victim held a march this Sunday to demand justice.
According to the victim's complaint, the attack occurred on March 6.
One of the defendants asked her out and they went for a drink at a bar located in front of the main square.
Then they decided to go to the house of another young man, where a clandestine party was being held.
The young woman said she was drunk and decided to lie down in a room.
That was when the man she had been with came in and abused her without her consent and taking advantage of her helpless state.
Always according to the complaint, then two other men did the same.
According to the newspaper La Gaceta, the file states that one of the defendants is the son of a former mayor and would have tried to pay for the victim's silence.
This boosted the social claim so that the case does not go unpunished.
