Coronavirus in Argentina: 4,032 new cases and 28 other deaths confirmed in the last 24 hours

4,032 new cases and another 28 deaths

from coronavirus

in Argentina.

In this way, the number of infections reported since the beginning of the pandemic amounted to 2,245,771 and that of fatalities, to 54,545.

The data comes from the last part published by the Ministry of Health, based on the data uploaded by the provinces in the last 24 hours.

The Province of Buenos Aires (1,657) and the City (623) once again reported

Córdoba (405), Santa Fe (243), Entre Ríos (127), Misiones (121), Chaco (120) and Tucumán (106) also exceeded the hundred infected reported this Sunday.

According to the official report, 161,073 patients are suffering from the disease, of which 3,534 are admitted to intensive care.

The ICU bed occupancy level is 54.9% nationwide and 59.9% in the AMBA.

After having exceeded 2.2 million confirmed infections, Argentina remains among the 15 countries with the highest number of accumulated cases since the start of the pandemic.

The United States (more than 30 million infected), Brazil and India (both with more than 11 million) are the most affected by the health crisis.

This Sunday another Aerolineas Argentinas flight departed for Russia to search for a new batch of Sputnik V vaccines.

The new flight, under number AR1062, would arrive at Sheremetyevo International Airport at 1 am (local time).
