Just before Seder night, Kobi Aflalo appears tonight (Monday) on the "Israel Today" website and in "Here Gimel", as part of the Broadcasting Corporation's "Live in Gimel" program.

The show will be broadcast live to surfers from the Enav Center in Tel Aviv.

It has been 15 years since Aflalo burst into our lives with the song "Coming from the Silence".

It was followed by a series of songs that became hits, including "Sea of Mercy", "Song of Longing", "What the Heart Chose" and "Letter to My Brother" written by Eli Butner - and was the most played song on the radio in the last decade.

In an interview with Israel Today earlier this month, Aflalo spoke about the difficult year he went through because of the corona and the closure of the world of culture.

“I had some falls this year, days when I didn’t understand what my purpose was and why I existed,” he said in an interview.

He also recounted the shows he did in Zoom: "They were weird. There were some that were really hallucinatory. Suddenly someone goes into the shower and spreads cream on the face, or people sit in bed and eat bamba. It's weird to Allah."

Now, to his delight, he is back on stage.

This coming Thursday he will perform at Zappa Haifa.
