(ANSA) - TURIN, 23 MAR - "Thanks to a grueling work by everyone, we are closing the 2020 budget in substantial balance. An important milestone for a theater like the Regio, of the highest quality, but with a previous non-passive approach".
Thus the extraordinary commissioner of the Teatro Regio diTorino, Rosanna Purchia, on the sidelines of the presentation of the solidarity concert in support of the refugees of the Balkans crisis.
"A result achieved with a path of greatness both from an artistic point of view and from an accounting point of view, and which makes us look to the future with a certain optimism", he adds.
Purchia also announced its intention, in agreement with the trade unions, to make the Galleria Tamagno, at the entrance to the Regio, available to the city for the vaccination campaign.
Because "making culture is not just offering shows - he observes - but also giving concrete help, making places, resources and ideas available to the community. We also shared with the Piedmont Region - he adds - the proposal to submit employees to avaccination".
