Ingredients

4 divided chicken legs
8 potatoes peeled and cut into quarters
1 coarsely sliced carrot
1 onion cut into eighths
For the marinade:
5 tablespoons olive oil
5 cloves chopped garlic
1 lemon squeezed into juice
½ Sliced lemon
1 halved chili pepper (optional)
1 bunch of fresh oregano
1 cortinamine
2-3 sprigs of rosemary
Salt
Ground black pepper

Preparation
How to make roast chicken with potatoes?
1 Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
2 Place the chicken pieces in a pan with the marinade ingredients: olive oil, salt and pepper, garlic, juice and lemon slices, chili and herbs.

3 Cook the potatoes in a pot with salt water for about 10-15 minutes or until they soften slightly.
Arrange the half-cooked potatoes, carrots and onions in a pan, mix so that they are all coated in spices and send in the oven for 30 minutes until the chicken is browned.

5 When the chicken is brown and beautiful, lower the oven temperature to 180 degrees and bake for another 30 minutes.
You can prepare at the last minute and also eat from it the next day.
