DHL, DPD and Hermes: who is the best parcel service in Germany
The German Post subsidiary DHL does best in the survey by the commercial German Institute for Service Quality.
With 79.6 points, the company came first in the survey.
DHL was particularly convincing in the price and service segments.

Hermes took second place with 77 points.

For the study, the performance of the parcel services in the run-up to Christmas was checked.
