Not everyone can win a million VIP race.
So what's Yael Carmon's secret?
"You have to be a little crazy, and find a race mate who will be no less crazy than you," she told us when we got home to visit her.
Along the way, we also found out from her how she maintains a framework and balance in her daily diet, what happens if she gets hungry in the middle of the day, how to get back into shape after giving birth and closures and of course - does she want to participate in another reality show?
As mentioned, Yael, a girl recently and despite the difficulties, manages to ensure a successful routine and slowly returns to the frame - critical of course for anyone who trains.
So if you are also trying to get back in shape now, here are three great tips that will help you along the way:
1) You will find the time, also by force -
As Yael says, sometimes she even brings a babysitter, the main thing is not to miss her training.
Many of us start a training program and suddenly find that it conflicts with other things in life, and abandon it.
Maintaining a training routine is an integral part of success.
2) Take care to eat things that will help your body recover from the workout and be successful - after a workout, we often allow ourselves to eat more because we have burned calories.
But aside from fitness, health and toning, we usually exercise to burn calories.
Therefore, it is important not to return extra calories to the body after the workout and go wild, but to eat a balanced and especially moderate amount.
The problem is that we often come back hungry and it is difficult for us to control our eating.
What to do?
Shani Arad, Strauss' dietitian
, advises you not to go to extreme hunger conditions in advance.
Eat before training (between one and two hours) Danone Light & Free with 10 grams of protein and next to it, one apple.
This small meal also contributes to the feeling of satiety and will also fuel you with some protein before training and without added sugar.
The secret is to prepare in advance.
Before training, determine with yourself what you are eating and make sure that a prepared meal awaits you at home, so that the chances of consuming temptations will decrease.
3) Challenge yourself -
Another trouble of training is that at some point, it starts to bore us.
the solution?
Once every few workouts, delete the page and set yourself a new goal, a little harder or different from the previous one.
No need to exaggerate and you do not want to cross a line that will hurt you, but the secret starts with the small details, even a slight change of your running track.
