(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, MAR 26 - American President JoeBiden has invited Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping to the virtual climate summit that will take place in April on the occasion of Earth Day: sources say.
The summit, organized by the United States, will take place on 22 and 23 April and will be attended by about 40 world leaders.
The decision to organize it was made by Biden to mark the return of the US to the Paris agreement that was repudiated by former President Donald Trump.
