This 25% wet, with systems that are absolutely carbon free, such as anaerobic digestion, make it possible to obtain biogas that can locally feed urban traffic, or in agriculture it can make the entire processing cycle clean and independent, with machines that run on biogas instead of kerosene. And district heating can also be done ".

This was stated by the Minister of Ecological Transition, Roiberto Cingolani, at a webinar of the British Embassy on the forthcoming COP26 in Glasgow.



According to Cingolani, it is then necessary to continue investing in nuclear fusion: "It is the renewable of renewables, the energy source of the universe. We are still far away, but these studies are fundamental". (HANDLE).
