(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 26 - The curve of the coronavirus epidemic in Italy remains stable on very high numbers.
There are 23,987 positive tests in the last 24 hours, according to data from the Ministry of Health.
Yesterday there were 23,696.
Instead, there are 457 victims in one day (460 yesterday).
There are 354,952 molecular and antigenic swabs carried out; yesterday the tests were 349,472.
The positivity rate remains at around 6.8%, like yesterday.
There are 3,628 patients admitted to intensive care, 8 more than yesterday in the daily balance between entries and exits, while the daily entrances to resuscitation are 288 (yesterday they were 260).
On the other hand, 28,472 people are hospitalized in the ordinary wards, an increase of 48 units compared to yesterday.
The total cases since the beginning of the epidemic are 3,488,619, while the deaths rise to 107,256.
There are 566,711 positives currently, up 3,753 from yesterday.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, however, 2,814,652 have recovered and been discharged, with an increase in the last 24 hours of 19,764 units.
There are 534,611 people in home isolation, an increase of 3,697 compared to yesterday.
