Released in September 2019 on Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One and PC, Final Fantasy 8 Remastered has just appeared on the

The original opus has sold over 9.6 million copies.

Launched in 1999 on PlayStation and a year later on Windows, Final Fantasy VIII takes players in the shoes of Squall Leonhart, a SeeD mercenary wielding the Gunblade.

The remaster released 20 years later offers a redesign of graphics, new features and new cutscenes in computer graphics.

Now available on iOS and Android, Final Fantasy VIII Remastered still requires 2.59 GB of storage space to be installed.

Until April 4, you can treat yourself to the mobile game for only 18.99 euros.

After this date, it will be sold at 22.99 euros, a price slightly higher than the prices charged for the console versions.

If it is not currently integrated, cloud backup should be offered later via an update.

This update could also provide a feature allowing compatibility with controllers.

However, several options are present to make the experience more pleasant on mobile.

Thus, it will be possible to stop the random encounters or to skip the game at high speed.

If you particularly like following the story, but have little interest in the phases of the game, you can also choose to block your HP, your ATB gauge and your Break Limits, so that they remain permanently at the maximum level.

On the other hand, fans of Chocobo World, available in Final Fantasy VIII, will unfortunately not be able to enjoy the mini-game on mobile.
