The historic center of Paris continues to appeal to lovers of old stones.

According to MeilleurAgents, it is the 3rd which fell the most over 12 months, by 4% to € 12,850 / m², followed by the 4th, down 3.2% to € 13,544, and the 1st, down by 2.1 % to € 13,296.

Only the second is treading water, at + 0.4% at € 12,065.

This does not prevent the market from remaining dynamic.

“The first months of the year, which are not traditionally the most active, were finally very good with a lot of sales completed,”

points out Martial Michaux, of the Émile Garcin Le Marais agency.

Even if there are fewer prospective buyers than in previous years, they are motivated and benefit from a more extensive offer.

"The international clientele fond of old Paris has been replaced by French people with budgets between 2 and 5 million euros,"
