Rotem Sela (PR)

If you have missed the presence of Rotem Sela on screen since "Ninja Israel" went off the air, we have good news - filming for the new season of "The Next Star" has already begun, and very soon we will once again receive the much-needed Rotem Sela portion.

The even more good news is that her style in the new season looks promising from now on, as the teasers that the star uploads to her Instagram account shed light on what awaits us.

So far, we’ve gotten a glimpse of four looks, chosen for Sela by stylist Sivan Chimi.

The first is a soft pastel look that consists of a pink leather suit with Nanushka shorts for Emanuel, with one of the standout trends of the season - collars with a little more presence than we are used to.

Delicate jewelry from the Israeli brand Moreno by designer Moran Bar Romano was added to the suit.

The second look also consists of a replacement by Nanushka for Emanuel, this time in coffee color, with gold oversized jewelry by Michal Ben Ami.

The third outfit shows a rock in flared leather pants by Anin Bing for Emanuel, a white T-shirt by Margiala and jewelry by Moreno and there are also flared jeans by see by Chloe for Emanuel with a VAS & CRAFTS belt and a buttoned shirt in the color of Nanushka. To Emanuel.

On her neck she wore gold necklaces by Maya Geller and the rings again from the Moreno brand.

So far, from the peek we’ve gotten, one can notice a few recurring points like a preference for earth tones, basics or soft colors - without the crazy colors (unlike the fireworks that were in the ninja) and the presence of oversized shirts and accessories.

But one of the standout elements was Rotem's new hair color.

After years in blonde, she recently dyed her hair dark brown in favor of a role in the series, and this greatly affects her appearance, and consequently also her clothing choices.

Stylist Sivan Chimi says that the new hair color was a decisive factor in choosing the wardrobe.

"The change in hair color is a big change," she says.

"Rotem looks like a different woman with the dark color. The transition from blonde to brown created other rules. The blonde hair could be matched with bright colors because blonde softens everything. Now that she has dark hair, I preferred to choose clothes in white, cream, beige, pastel, all "What works with the hair, so that the transitions between the colors are soft. For that matter, I will not dress Rotem in red at the moment. This is not true of her current color. She will soon return to her normal hair color, and I can open the color palette in other directions."

Haimi also says that "Rotem Sela is a stunning woman, but she is also vocal and it is important for me to emphasize this in the choice of clothes for her. I want to give space to her personality."

So how do you do that?

"This is reflected in clothes that are less evening, for example good blue jeans with a tied male white button-down shirt. Another option is an oversized leather suit. It is a pleasure to dress Rotem in oversize and release the tight from her. Choose a wide and casual one for her. "And that's how her personality is best expressed. It seems just comfortable, but there's a lot of thought behind it."

If you were worried that we would not see shiny clothes and a stock of glam from a rock throughout the season - then don't.

This too is in the sights of Chimi.

"Sure it's going to be glam and shiny, but it's going to come later. It's not going to be miniskirts but men's suits or maxi dresses. It's going to come down the road. Right now I'm enjoying making it light and precise."
